Terms & Conditions — Duluth Light Show (Walking Experience)

By purchasing/using a ticket, you agree to the following:

1) Ticket & Entry

Tickets are non-refundable except where the organizer cancels without a reschedule option.

Valid only for the selected date/time and ticket type at purchase; no re-entry.

Arrive within your time window; late arrivals may be denied or delayed without refund.

Tickets are void if altered/duplicated or used contrary to these Terms.

2) Event Format & Guest Rules

This is an outdoor walking experience (no vehicles on the show path).

Stay on marked paths and follow staff/signage; supervise children at all times.

No smoking/vaping, alcohol, drones, or climbing on structures.

Service animals permitted; pets otherwise not allowed unless posted.

Keep valuables with you; the organizer isn’t responsible for lost/stolen items.

3) Operations & Changes

Rain or shine. The event may pause/close or be modified for severe weather or safety.

The organizer may change dates/hours/route/capacity without notice.

If postponed/canceled for safety or force majeure, the remedy may be reschedule or credit at the organizer’s discretion; incidental expenses aren’t covered.

4) Safety & Assumption of Risk

The show includes flashing/strobe lights, low light, fog, and uneven surfaces; guests with photosensitivity or related conditions should use discretion.

You assume all risks associated with attendance to the extent permitted by law.

5) Photography & Likeness

Entry constitutes consent to be photographed/recorded for promotional/archival use without compensation.

6) Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organizer’s total liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

7) General

Governed by Georgia law; venue Gwinnett County, GA courts.

Terms may be updated; the version posted at time of purchase applies.

What are the dates and hours?

Yes. This year is an outdoor walking experience. No vehicles on the show path.

Most visits take about 20–30 minutes, depending on photos and pacing.
Do I need to arrive at a specific time?
Please arrive within your reserved time window. Late arrivals may be delayed or denied without refund when at capacity.
Is it stroller/wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the path is stroller and wheelchair friendly. Surfaces are mostly flat/paved; please use caution in wet conditions.
What about weather?
We’re open rain or shine. For severe weather, we may pause/close for safety—updates will be posted here and on Instagram by 2 PM ET.
Where do I park and enter?
Follow event signage to the designated parking area and look for the Main Entrance. Staff will guide you from there.
Are pets allowed?
Service animals are welcome. Other pets are not permitted unless posted for a specific date.
Photos & video?
Personal photos/videos are encouraged. Please stay on the path and do not block flow. Commercial shoots require prior approval.
